Seasonal Rental FAQ’s
These are the top 5 questions we get asked every time someone says,
"I want information on rentals for next year..."

FAQ #1: What properties will you have available next season?
Do you have a list?
We do not know for certain which properties that we currently manage will be available for next season. As all of these properties are privately owned and our contracts with the owners are up for renewal in June, we begin making reservations with rental applicants in August.
FAQ #2: When will you know what properties are available for next season?
July is when we have our rental inventory finalized and when we start reaching out to applicants about available properties.
FAQ #3: I only want to rent for 1/2/3/4+ months.
Can you guarantee I will get a place?
We prioritize reservation requests based on length of stay. The longer the stay request, the higher the priority your application is given. Arrival time is also another important factor as the sooner you arrive (i.e. if your stay is for 3 months but you’re arriving in November vs. January), the higher priority your application will be given.
Peak season is January through March and the majority of applications are for 1-3 months. There is a lot of availability in Oct-Dec. and April so if you are able to start your stay in those months, you will have a good chance of landing a reservation.
FAQ #4: Are pets allowed?
RV lot rentals will always allow pets. Renters are limited to 2 pets. For park models though, there are a very limited number of pet units available and what types of properties will vary from one season to the next. Units that allow pets will require a pet fee of $300.
FAQ #5: How much to rentals go for? What do they include? Are there any 2 bed/2 bath park models?
Park Models: Oct.-Nov. & Apr. - $1350-$2100/month
Jan.-Mar. - $1550-$2300/month
Includes: All utilities except telecommunications (telephone, internet)
TV service – antenna is standard. Satellite at some locations.
Features: All park models start at 1 bedroom, 1 bath.
1.5/1.75/2 baths optional (depending on availability)
Arizona Room and/or deck optional (depending on availability)
THERE ARE NO 2 BEDROOM UNITS
RV Lots: Oct.-Nov. & Apr. - $450-$750/month
Jan.-Mar. - $500-$900/month
Includes: Water, sewage, trash utilities.
*Electricity and telecommunications are not included in RV lot rental rates*
2017/2018 Rental Season Update
We have begun reaching out to applicants who have requested for 5 months or more. After we've gone through all the longer requests, we will then reach out to the 4 month requests, 3 months, etc. If you have requested for January arrival or later and for 3 months or less, we anticipate starting those contacts in late September.
Applications are non-obligation, but are required to get your spot in the queue once the reservations open up. Please check our FAQ's before submitting an application.
