The mission of Carriage Manor Resort, a 55+ RV Resort owned and governed by its property owners, is to provide a safe, secure and healthy home for all residents staying at the resort for the Winter or the entire year. Its goal is to help residents stay active and involved by providing diverse leisure time activities, recreational opportunities, entertainment choices and clubs to fit their needs. Volunteerism is strongly encouraged at Carriage Manor Resort, allowing people to use their lifelong skills and abilities to help make things happen in their resort.

We have an enticing variety of activities with something for everyone.
This is an active adult HOA community where operations are governed by an elected seven member Board of Directors.
All of our buildings, grounds and facilities are owned in common by our resident-owners and maintained by the Association.
Carriage Manor RV Resort is a homeowner’s association for active individuals 55+ years of age. This strategic plan is a collaboratively built guide that will serve as guidance for the Board of Directors and staff in their decision making. All decisions or actions taken will be made with careful study and fiscal analysis.
Several goals in this plan are the results of a community wide survey and several in-person focus groups conducted by the Long-Range Planning committee in the winter of 2022 and spring of 2023, with Board of Directors guidance.
The following goals were established based on the feedback from the association members and BOD discussions and will be the main focus for the association during years 2024 through 2027.

Active Sports
There are many active sports in Carriage Manor Resort. The list includes the two largest clubs, Pickleball and Tennis as well as water volleyball, golf, table tennis, a hiking group, swimming laps and more. Whatever your activity level, there is an activity for you.
Social Events & Activities
It is impossible to be bored here! During the prime winter season, there are concerts, dances, dinners, Woodshop Burger Night, the Grub Club meals in the Social Hall, billiards, a variety of card games, classes in jewelry, ceramics, other arts and crafts, Creative Stitchers, parades, weekly Chapel in the Ballroom. and a wide variety of Valley and Arizona tourism attractions.

Carriage Manor Resort facilities are second-to-none! We have a beautiful clubhouse, a large pool and hot tub, a great social hall and ballroom, twelve shuffleboard courts, horseshoe courts, three bocce courts, five lighted tennis courts, four lighted pickleball courts (with two new courts coming soon), an amazing woodshop, a great fitness center, card rooms, classrooms, bingo, a dog park, and so much more.
