Carriage Manor Resort features top notch facilities for a wide variety of activities and events. The Community Center Complex features a clubhouse with a ballroom, a large lounge area with a fireplace and free wifi, a social hall and food facility, a billiards room, a card room, restrooms as well as the business offices, information desk, realty office, and activities office, Outside the Community Center are a large pool and hot tub with many seating areas, a space for outside dining, post office boxes, a music room and various club rooms such as lapidary, metal working, sewing room, ping pong room, meeting rooms, a laundry facility, shower and restroom facilities and much more. On the north side of the complex there are bocce courts, shuffleboard courts, horseshoe pits and a large sun deck for private parties.

The main complex area often features concerts and dances in the ballroom and outside in the courtyard area as well as movies, lectures, Sunday church services and more.  Many events such as Veteran's Day Ceremonies and community parades also either take place in this area or start or end here. There are also putting greens on the southwest corner of the complex and a flower garden and meditation area is on the northwest corner of the building.
